You got it backwards.

The shape of the Earth has a great influence on many people's work experience.

Dan brought up the issues of  ICBM trajectories.

Weather men need to know the flow of energy as air masses and ocean currents move around the Earth.

Geologists need to know geological structures.

Industries need to know shipping lanes in order to deliver products to foreign countries.

Aviation needs to be able to determine elevation and direction and your flat Earth model with no axis, missing one of the poles, simply won't work......the southern pole exists in all directions.....that stupid ice wall encircles your flat Earth.....LOL!

Once in the air.....'south' is in all directions, 360 degrees of stupid ice wall.

I confess that I may have contributed to the chaos, with my silly posts.  I plead humour, as my defence.

However, I agree it is time to close this.

We have a list of "Click Bait Trolls", who are only interested in keeping the thread alive to generate advert income for themselves.

The OP, who has not been seen since the early posts, and those that seem to have replaced him.  New members who keep the thread active.

They may appear to have different IP addresses, but I would bet that they all lead back to the same VPN provider.

My impression is troll farms, designed to generate foreign funds for countries that are heavily sanctioned.

With 7,287 views, at my last look, this thread is becoming profitable.  At 1¢ per click, $72.87 may not seem like much, but in many places that's good wages for what amounts to only a couple of hours work.

Unfortunately, we have members who engage them.  This only encourages the trolls, because it's the monotonized click they want, not the truth.

Flat Earth is neither political nor religious in nature. It's more of rebuttal of scientific fact.

Actually ALL independent real world observations and research proves that the earth is flat and non-moving.

Let's go straight to the point here: CGI and lies are CGI and lies: There is ZERO proof that we live on a spinning ball in the fake Star Wars world.
