blue screen when I restart

I don't restart my computer very often. Usually I only do it when I install something, or if something's not working right, but I have restarted it a couple times in the last month. I've noticed that it usually stalls when I try to restart it for long periods of time. I know it will sit on the last screen before restarting for well over 10 minutes if I don't use the reset button on the front. If I let it sit like that it has gone to a blue screen sometimes, but I usually don't wait long for that to happen. I don't know how to fix this.

I am too facing the same problem while opening destiny 2. I am doing Ascendant Challenge and whenever I start the game I am facing the same problem.
