Just curious, I was talking to a friend that had mentioned he also bought his wife the 8gb Zune and it broke down weeks after buying it. I thought by buying MS I was going to get a quality product that I could get support for?

Has anyone had similar experience with the 8gb?

Also, any place that I can send this to get it fixed?
