Just curious, I was talking to a friend that had mentioned he also bought his wife the 8gb Zune and it broke down weeks after buying it.  I thought by buying MS I was going to get a quality product that I could get support for?

Has anyone had similar experience with the 8gb?

Also, any place that I can send this to get it fixed?

thanks,
M.

I think it might be a struggle as Microsoft stopped making Zune mp3 players about two years ago. Did you friend buy it new or second hand?

Here's a link which might be useful for you: http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/DisplayHelpTechnicalSupportPage/ It looks as though you can register a support ticket for the Zune device.
