Hi again,

Flexnet does not appear in my directory that you mentioned. Roxio will neither let me reinstall or remove its program, using either add/remove programs or the original disk. When I try to uninstall from the add/remove panel, it says it has a fatal error. I suppose this problem is outside this forum, so I'll try to get help from Roxio on this.
