I am running night light mode on all 3 of my screens.  I notice that on my one screen, it always turns off.  I open the Display window, and it turns Night Light mode on for it.   Any ideas what could be causing this?

As we are not in front of your computer, perhaps you could provide more information about your setup, eg hardware specs, what Windows 10 build, etc.

Do you have the most current graphics drivers for your kit?

Download and install Speccy - https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy

Run it, and then go to File and Publish Snapshot. Post the resulting link in your next reply
