Would you please post a Speccy Snapshot Link with THIS TUTORIAL  Make sure to let the program fully load before getting the Link.  There will be a spinning icon in the bottom left that will stop when it is ready.  Paste the Link here or to a document for safe keeping right after Copying to Clipboard so that you don't lose it.  If you lose it just do it again and paste into your next post right after.  Please post the Exact Model of the computer in question, if assistance is needed just ask.

If I don't reply right away it's because I'm waiting for Windows 10 to Update.

Hi ,please do a Speccy snapshot and Minitoolbox report to help people assist you.

Run the program > go to "file" > publish snapshot > copy and past the link (url) in your next post.

Download Minitoolbox from link below.

Run the tool and only select the following tick boxes.
-List last 10 Event viewer errors
    -List installed programs
    -List devices
-List users, partition and memory size
Then click "Go" and Copy/Paste the output text in your next reply

Make  sure you have the correct drivers (not from Windows Update). - https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-stop-automatic-driver-updates/
If necessary reinstall drivers from vendors site  - check for bios update (use as a last resort possibly ,given risk).

Speccy looks ok,..im wondering about the Intel memory module?

WSS gives > The highest measured SM BIOS interrupt or other stall was 211 microseconds. This is considered poor

behavior. Your system may have difficulty handling multimedia in real-time and may be subject to
unexpected stutters and unresponsive behaviour.<

From what ive seen that error can mean anything from  a wrong driver ,hardware issue or need bios update - check for bios update?

I would run Latency Monitor - may give some indication on issue.

Also ,MiniToolBox report would probably  be helpful.- please paste in reply.

Do the stuff wolverine 7 says.

Have you been on to the HP web site and updated the drivers you need from there?

Only thing that looks a little odd to me is the (relatively) high memory usage. Be worth seeing what's eating that unless Windows was doing an update?

D: is a little full. Windows is somethimes funny about that sort of thing.

Are the two memory sticks identical?

I think the issue is you are running Windows 11 but there is no support on the hp page for that OS, only for Windows 10, but I could be wrong.

You are also way behind on the BIOS, sometimes this is a big help and sometimes is just for security.

BIOS

Brand: Insyde
Version: F.36
Date: 2/3/2021

New one:  F.43 Rev.A

Get new one HERE  I don't know the ramifications of installing this on Windows 11.

If I don't reply right away it's because I'm waiting for Windows 10 to Update.

Yes,.think aldfort and pcpunk likely on to something here ,..i would be careful to check if anyone has run windows 11 successfully  on this system,. Preferably before attempting bios update.
