Looking for a program to extract Info/Details from video files?

As the title suggests, I'm looking for a program that can extract file info from video files and export them to maybe an excel kind of file or document with the file info listed. The thing is, I'm looking for something very specific. The file info I want extracted isn't just name of the file you see in file explorer.

What I'm wanting is a program that can extract the information located in the 'Properties' of a video file in the details section. The "Title" under the Description sub heading is what I want extracted specifically. The attached image shows what I'm talking about. It's the information located when you right click on a file, go to Properties > Details. You can enter the title, ratings, tags, year etc.

I have an external hard drive that has more than 3TB worth of video files all of which I've manually organized and inputted the file information myself over a period of many years. I've been looking but can't find any such program that can extract this info from files. Does anyone know of any?
