I am new to a Smart phone, Windows Lumia 435, which is really a small computer. Should I have anti-virus / anti-malware on my phone, and if so what?

There is this:
Kaspersky Safe Browser The app is a safe web browser for Windows Phone devices. Get this app from Store on your phone.
However, comments from users are somewhat mixed, so I dont feel inclined to use it
Is there a reason in principle why security is not relevant to phones, as it is for computers? Or maybe this is an as yet unexplored market for (a) security companies ( 
criminals?
