For any Windows Phone fans out there (there must be some of you but it's a bit lonely in here...), you may know that Microsoft recently detailed the latest, free, update to its Windows Phone 8 operating system.

This update better be coming sooner than later, summer is almost over. Well in Wisconsin summer never started...
Why do I still live here? : /
Has anyone heard anything on the Nokia 1020 update - Still summer?

You can find the current update releases on Nokia's site: http://www.nokia.com/global/support/software-update/wp8-software-update/availability-in-north-america/
Windows Phone 8.1 is included in the "Lumia Cyan" update.

Haha. It takes a while for Nokia (Microsoft) to run the update tests and then nevermind for carriers to run theirs.
