BuildFeed, a site that keeps track of the latest Windows 10 and Window Insider builds, has found a new build that may indicate that Microsoft is internally testing builds for foldable Windows 10 devices. This new build has a version of 18313.1004 on Microsoft's servers and comes from the Windows 10 19H1 development.
The build string of rs_shell_devices_foldables.190111-1800 suggests that the software giant has compiled the first build of a new Windows 10 SKU which will power foldable devices.

The mention of 'foldable' moniker in the string also indicates that the long-rumored modular Windows Core OS is designed for a new family of devices and it won't be limited to a specific model.
Microsoft has not officially revealed any plans for dual-screen or foldable devices, but rumors continue to claim that Microsoft is still working on a portable, foldable PC, currently referred to as “Andromeda” and a larger dual-screen device codenamed "Centaurus".
Last year, a LinkedIn posting was spotted online which confirmed that the software giant is working on Windows Core OS, a modular, fast and secure version of Microsoft's desktop platform.
The new and modular version of Windows 10 which would be far more flexible and lightweight could be unveiled later this year.
