Guys,
interesting one. I installed Ultimate and put some converted AVI files on an external harddrive.
When I look at the files on the HD I only see the data I copied and when I plug the HD to my TV I see another folder which is not visible hooked up to the PC???

A long folder name like an uninstall directory.
Now I tried to see the folder on a Windows XP machine and I also can't view it.

Enabled the view to show hidden files in "Folder Options"... no result...

Everything works fine, but I am just worried to get stuff onto my HD and I can't delete them...

Cheers

In Folder Options, did you also disable Hide Protected System Files (Recommended)? If you do, does it show up then? My guess is that it is some cache, volume information or restore stuff.

I would recommend leaving them hidden. Those files you don't really want to mess around with.
