Hi all, I am experiencing very slow start up, shut down, and application run times on my Dell Inspiron 8600. It has a 1.5 GHz processor with 512 MB of RAM. It seems like there may be something running in the background thaat I can't find. I ran Ad-Aware and Spybot and cleaned out the temporary internet files. I've also run a registery cleaner and I run Norton Anti-virus on a scheduled basis. Hopefully one of you can spot a problem. Help!!!!
