I downloaded this program and it said to either hit WIN +R or go to the run command and type in a password (a default i assume). I was not thinking and thought those where two options not the same thing and I did not write down the password.

I have contacted them several times with no response. I want this off or at least be able to access the program on my computer. Is there any way I can find where this program is located and delete it or uninstall it.

I can not reinstall or it either it says all components must be removed before installing another build.

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
