Adultfriendfinder Pop Up Please Help!

I am usually pretty on top of my game when it comes to this type of thing butsomehow i have managed to get a virus or malware or spyware or SOMETHING. anyway I use limewire - I download songs tvshows etc. so I ended up opening a video in quicktime and its not the video I downloaded I have no idea what the heck it is its some girl dancing then it moves me to www.adultfriendfinder.com please help me stop this from happening

im using windows vista

Please post a Hijack Log in the HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum. Not Here.

Just simply delete the video. Quicktime videos sometimes have pop-ups in them. If the problem persists, do what TMacK said.
