How do I cancel email notification to a topic I am no longer interested in.

On the BC go to "My Controls" link that you should see at the top of every BC page.

There in under Subscriptions, choose Topics or Forums.

Review that page and check the boxes on the far right that you want to be deleted from notifications.

At the bottom of that page you will see the box to click to unsubscribe.

That actuates the de-listings
The only easy day was yesterday.
