Vpn Without Static Ip?

Can I setup a virtual private network without having a static IP??? I want to be able to transfer large files (high res photographs) to and from my studio to my home. Any Ideas???

you could use a dynamic DNS service to get similar results as a static IP. I use www.no-ip.com
