Could you help me to install the software. When I tried to install the software, it always gave me this comment:

Timer Key Driver. Aladdin Device Driver Fail to start a services in the Services Control - Manager Database (0X0000000-0X000200007).

How can I install the software with this problem?

Could you please provide a link to the web page for this product? Also, are you sure that the device is Vista compatible?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Hey htran082000 - to the board.

It would be helpful if you tell us the name of the product you are trying to install.

Hi,

I just found out the product name.

I used this product in my XP window PC. It was gotten virus, and I had to reformat the hard drive, and tried to install this software into my old PC and new PC with window Vista, too.

The software I am trying to install is called ALLDATA it is a car repair information database system on DVD.

Thanks for your fast reply.

Hmmm....

the ALLDATA Vista compatibility site is a bit discouraging. The program is not compatible with Vista at this time, according to them.

It does look like if you have a valid license, you can use their on-line version with Vista.
