I have searched and looked for what is causing these two files to be added to the directory and can not figure out what is causing it. I use mjRegistryWatcher and as they are quarantined they keep popping back up. I see through searching that they are part of a trojan problem.

Sounds to me like you have a vundo trojan, but it is best for the hijack this team to look at the log. Post the log here.
