Slow Computer, Help Me Out Please?

Ok, so my computer has been running quite slow and strange lately. I was just wondering if maybe there is something wrong with it thats making it run as slowly as it is or maybe i just have too much stuff on it. Regaurdless can anyone help me out? my HijackThis log is posted below.
