My son downloaded a video game preview and added some kind of virus software to my computer. I have Norton antivirus..... It does not seem to do much. Now I want to know how to keep this stuff from happening again and to see what others may have done to my system.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
