While I'm online I keep getting redirected miamnews365.net. and there alot of pop ups that ask me to download some kind of spyware protection thing.

I would like to know is there any way to stop getting redirected to miamnews365.net and stop getting pop ups.

Thanks.

I think you have a Smitfraud problem.
Install and use the Smitfraudfix in the link below.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
