Ok, so yesterday this blue icon with a question-mark/ Red X popped up in my system tray. When I right clicked it to delete it, it took me to a fake virus protect pro website. I have used Ad-aware, Spybot, Counterspy, AVG, spydoctor, etc. and none of these freakin programs will delete it. I have tried going into safe mode, but the damn thing stays in the system tray. I have tried to restore windows to an earlier time, but that didn't work. I am at a loss. I really don't want to re-install windows. Any ideas?

Welcome to Bleeping Computer bjames901.

The instructions in the topic; How to remove VirusProtectPro or VirusProtect Pro should do the trick.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
