Computer turns on but wont load windows because it comes up with a message that the oleaut32.dll file is missing. Have tried in safe mode and it will also not start. Any help on how I can put this sytem file back in would be much appreciated thanks.

Try enter with boot disc in the Recovery Console.

Write: chkdsk /r and press ENTER.

Wait until finish.

Look if it solve the problem.
