All of a sudden, I can't log on. I have Vista Home Premium,..after entering user password,..I get hung up,...."spinning circle". I can click on desktop icons, but nothing happens. I can't access any programs nor the internet. I am in safe mode now. Any suggestions?

It sounds like something (a program) is still trying to load...did you install anything new before this started happening?
