im 15, dont know a great deal about computers so i really need help.
Everytime i turn my laptop on i get a SPORDER.dll error message.
and something about a missing component.
each time i system reboot and it seems to go away until the next time i switch my laptop on.
each time, the time it takes to system restore gets longer and longer.
i've read some of the other posts about SPORDER but im worried that i will do something wrong and damage my laptop.
i am with AOL so i went on the website and found information about it:

Error: SPORDER.DLL file is missing
sporder.dll is a Windows file that is needed to allow you successfully connect to the internet. Your antivirus or spyware protection software may have quarantined or deleted this file if it has become infected by spyware or malware. This will cause you to receive the error sporder.dll file is missing.

To fix this problem, please work through the following steps:

Windows XP SP2 users:

1. Click Start, then Run.
2. Type CMD and then press the enter key on your keyboard.
3. In the window that appears, type: Netsh int reset all, then press the enter key on your keyboard.
4. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter again.

You may need to restart the computer for these changes to take effect.

Will this make me lose all my files if i do this?
I tried doing it, and got up to typing Netish int reset all, but then i was scared that i was doing it wrong so i stopped.

can anybody help me with this, as i said, im not good with computers and so i have been struggling to understand some of the other posts.
Amy x

Here is an easier way:

Download WinsockXP Fix save the file where you can find it again.

double click to start the program, click ok, then let it restart your computer.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently
