Hello! I have found your forum extremely beneficial as I was able to get rid of a nasty spyware without undue stress ... however, I now seem to have a different issue -- could you please assist me. Everytime I attempt to double click on an icon (i.e. internet express, yahoo mail, etc) I immediately get an annoying pop up "WINDOWS INSTALLER" that appears to be frozen and I cannot delete it or cancel it. Do you have any recommendations please? Thanks once again for your help.
