This error window keeps popping up whenever I open a new program: Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6f9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c Usually, after 30 or so clicks, it goes away. Now, it is tenaciously staying on my screen, front and center. Also related to the "no hard disk found" error window. Can anyone suggest how I can make this go away?

Please explain more about the no hard disk error - when does this happen, can you still boot into Windows, have you run any tests on your hard disk?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

This link may help. Follow the mentioned links to their solution.

AVG is an excellent freeware antivirus (for prevention) and scanner/remover.
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/

Avast! is another excellent freeware antivirus/scanner-remover.

If you have another anti-virus program installed then uninstall it first. Only one AV program should be running at a time. Very bad things can happen if two run at the same time.

Is this a resolved issue? If so, how did it fix?

I had this exact error message this morning as the computer tried to access my a: (3 1/2 floppy)

"Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6f9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c "

My a: drive has been kicking on sporatically off and on for awhile now. I can ignore the terribly obnoxious sounds of an empty floppy in use, but I can't ignore the error button.

I really doubt that it's a virus and the microsoft link was for windows 2000 and written in a tech language I could never hope to understand.

Any help would be much appreciated.
