How Can I Remove These Trojans ?

i m using three spywares SOFTWARES : ad aware se presonal, arovax antispyware, spyware doctor
and all of them are 'live updated'. When i try to scan from arovax it says that i have
an trojan that is 'trojan-proxy.win32.agent.lu' in 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE/Microsoft\MSSMGR'
when i clean from it says it is cleaned but when i again try to scan from it is still there
when i try to scan it from spyware doctor it says i have an trojan i-e 'Trojan.StartPage.GEN' &
when i clean from it it says it is cleaned but after new scan it comes back !!! & ad aware
dont find anything !!! & whenever i try to connect to internet there is a pop up window
open & says

NOTICE: if your computer has error in the registry, data base or file system,
it could cause unpredictble error, crashes ..... etc


would you like to install error safe to check your computer
for free ?? ( Recomended )

Check your Add/Remove program for "error safe"

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
