I Can Only Run In Safe Mode.

Just as the description says I can only run my computer in Safe Mode right now. It reboots repeatedly whenever I try to run in anything other than safe mode. Before, I was having problems with iexplore.exe running with no window open, so I renamed it which stopped that from happening. I use Crazy Browser. Here is my hjt log:
