Hello I'm a networking idiot, because of my new ISP not allow to use P2P and I'm using eMule, people tells me to use a proxy server but I totally dont know how it work or how to setup.

I found this site http://tools.rosinstrument.com/proxy/ , but how to get an IP address? I've check http://www.tech-faq.com but I dont really understand.

Is there any software I need to use? Is it safe? Is there a step-to-step thread here?

You know if you violate your TOS with your ISP your service could be terminated?
