Hi Everyone,

I have used this site a lot, usually to look into necessary startup files. After I introduce myself, I will be going to another forum for hopefuly some help. I would consider myself not advanced, but better tan average. We have three computers, two desktops and I have a laptop that my husband doesn't touch. I'm funny about my stuff, so I agreed to not change anything on the laptops if he would let me do anything I wanted with my laptop. I take a lot of pictures with digital cameras, so I work alot with graphics. My old laptop bit the dust, video card went bad, but it was attached to the motherboard,so instead of replacing the motherboard, I just bought a new computer. Bought a pretty nice Toshiba with fingerprint reader and labelflash DVD drive, 250Gig hard drive with 2 Gig Ram and built in webcam. Lots more bells and whistles than my last one.

I can work any kind of software from small to even AutoCad. If I don't already know the software, give it to me wit a boo and I'll be proficient at it by the end of the day. I'm also good a hardware issues. Self taught. Just got to dive in and learn, but I don't do stupid stuff like do saomething I don't learn how to do first. If I need to do it, I'll read all about it and learn, but then I'm not afraid to do anything. I'm sure this won't be the last time I visit the forum now that I have taken the first step.

Hope to get to know some of you.

We learn by doing and experimenting more often than we would like to admit. But if you ever get "stuck" or are in a hurry, you can ask for help and advice from our Members.
