http://www.speedbit.com/

yesterday i uninstalled their download accelerator and instead of just uninstalling it, it took me to a webpage form to fill out (optional of course) asking me why i didnt want their program and what suggestions i have for them. i told them why and i didnt think anything of it. today i just happened to be looking in my bulk email folder (i almost never look in there, so im lucky i found it) and there was a resopnse to my comments i left less than 24 hours ago. pretty clever. more sites should be like that.

That is refreshing, today customer support is becoming a thing of the past.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Yep especially with retail stores you actually walk in. Not just Internet sites, but when was the last time you walked into K-Mart or Wal-mart and found someone to help you in a timely manner, let alone get out of the store in less than 5 minutes?
