I need help with hijacked browser and highjacked desktop, would someone be willing to look at my "highjack This" Log File and recommend action, I certainly would appreciate any help.

When I launch IE default changes to About:Blank, even when I remove using spyware then reboot, it is still there, plus my desktop has been high jacked by some html document, that when clicked on redirects my browser to an url asking me to purchase the removal tool.
