Hi all i am doing some coursework online and have a test with one of the questions asking Identify and give details about the two broad family file systems used with pc's you may wish to include a table to compare thier features. And the other is Explain the difference between Serial and Parallel Transmission.I have emailed them and the said it is quite acceptable to use pictures/photo's or tables found in books or on the net, i have been looking but can anyone suggest a good place to readup and get the diagrams i need, i will be reading, understanding then write up my findings not a case of copy and paste but i have given myself a headache looking so any help would be appreciated.
If anybody could give me some links that would be a great help..

PS sorry if this is the wrong place to be asking (just joined)

Here is a good place to start with. It will give you an understanding of the two different interfaces. The Differences Between Parallel and Serial Interfaces. There are more links to follow within that link to expand the knowledge base. Good luck with your project.

Hi Animal and thanks for the link i am sure that will be of help, would you happen to have any pointers about the "Identify and give details about the two broad family file systems used with pc's you may wish to include a table to compare thier features." I have explanations in my coursework manual but i dont want to use the wording that describes the differences in the book another outlook on it so i can redescribe the differences for myself.
Thanks again for you reply
