My Window Could Not Start Up?

HIhi, i switch on my lap top in the morning , and the window couldnt start up. I've rebooted and tried again but still the same. I've also tried scanning my laptop in a safe mode but no virus found, and done system restored to a last know good configuration date , however it the window cant start up too.
Can anyone advise what should i do now?

Try running the System File Checker in Safe Mode.
