since installing Vista, when I try to open Help and Support, Ireceive the following message.
"Help and Support was not able to start", can anyone help please, as you may gather i'm new to this, thankyou.

Please check your Event Viewer for error messages relating to this. Go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes). Look in the Windows logs for errors that occur around the time of the message. Let us know what you find and we'll work from there.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Hi There, Thanks for the help, I have had quite a few probs with Vista, I have just completed a re-install, and this has cleared a few, thanks again, I still have 1 prob outstanding, but will keep trying. jfw
