Hi livindead,

To show usernames in the task manager, the terminal services service must be running.

If the service has been disabled or stopped somehow the usernames will not appear in the taskmanager.

To get to services to enable terminal services, click Start > Run > type "services.msc" without the 2 quote. Find terminal services and enable it if it's disabled.

Since you have been cleared by the HijackThis expert from malware forum, you should be free of malware. I assume.

As for your hotkeys, what keyboard are you using? and what brand of computer are you using?

Provide me some more information so that I can help you better.

What exactly do you mean by hotkeys? Do you mean the F (function) keys?

Try reinstalling the driver for the keyboard. If you don't have a copy of it you can download it from here.

Sorry for missing your post. Seem like some other people have helped you through.

For that big green letters, it probably comes with the driver and it's the function.
