Where are you downloading from? What happens when you try to download it? Do you get any error messages?

The usual fix for flash problems is to uninstall ALL previous flash installations and reinstalling.
To uninstall Adobe flash players you will need a special uninstaller. The uninstaller and info on how to use is in the link below.
