Hey i was just recently checking out my msconfig utility for startup programs and realized that there was a blank one there with no startup item nor a command line. only a location
and the location is coming from. HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. and once again it is a checked box...
I remember now, that its been there for a while but i never thought it was anything big, i just wanna make sure, i heard it may be sign of an infection or corrupt file..

Is this a bad sign? an infected file? a normal thing? and would it be safe to remove this from startup, Thanks again for your wonderful support
