hi...i'm just new in this online community...just want to ask for help with this spyware problem. my computer was infected by this "thecoolpics.net" spyware that was spreading over Yahoo! messenger. My taskmanager and run command was disabled...i tried methods to clean my pc using methods i saw on other forums by i couldn't understand them...i saw the same topic on this site so i joined in and it says there that if i need help with the same problem, i could open a new topic in this site...need some help here. :thumbsup:

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.


Post a Hijack This log in the Hijack This Forum by following the directions in the link below if the programs above have not removed ALL malware. DO NOT post the log in this forum.
