Thank goodness for forums like this. I had Spycrush spyware on my machine and couldn't get rid of it. I have Norton Anti Virus and Internet Security. When I contacted them about this they wanted me to pay 70 to have a technician to talk me through the process for removing it. Needless to say I told them where to go. Thanks once again

I do not mean to make this into a Norton bashing festival but .... I bought Norton Security 2006. A couple of days after ,I had what I thought was a simple question to ask of them. I E-mailed the question.

They told me it would cost $49.00 for the answer. I said no way. The person I was dealing with typed back and said that he checked with his boss and there was a special going on and I could get my question answered for $39.00.
