Problem With A Missing File

I am missing the following file: C:\WINDOWS\System 32\mshtml.hlp

It prevents me from copying certain photographs. I have Windows XP, home edition, and IE 7.

have you tried the advice I have given you here: C:\windows\system32\mshtml.hlp ?
