Hello. I'm new to this forum and know just enough about computers to get me in trouble. But I need help! I have the instructions for removing contravirus printed out and I'm ready to go. I can't get the Smithfraudfix.zip to put an icon on my desktop. How can I do this? Brandon

Make sure you are unzipping Smitfraudfix as instructed. If you are still having a problem, Super Antispyware will remove the Contravirus malware.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
