Hp Wireless Assistant Problem!

i went on vacation for a week, and when i came back the built in wireless card in my laptop will not work anymore.

I dont know what happens, however i do know that the wireless assistant is disabled and everything i try to do will not allow me to get it enabled so i can get on the internet on it.

If you have any tips or suggestions on what to di, please post!

Is the wireless card turned on (does the little wireless light come on)?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
