Hi rigel,
Thank you for the information, however, we are unable to get to the web site through "start here" link. I posted my problem under the Security section and under "Am I infected? What do I do?" forum. We had one reply with instructions on finding and removing a virus. Please read my post titled "Maybe picked up a Trojan" and the reply by Oldf@rt and tell us what you think.

If you still think the link you provided will help, please type out the whole address because I can type it into "run" in the start menu and get to it from there, I think.

Thank you for your help.

I see that OldF@rt is helping you there. Follow his instructions and you will be on your way to a clean computer. The Start Here post should have worked as well. It is a general guide to remove malware and preparations to posting an HJT log.

Since you are in progress in "Am I Infected", follow only their instructions for cleaning.

Take care slave... and again - Welcome to BC!~
