Hi aliboy66.

Many people use several browsers on their computer.
Have a look at the thread titled What Is The Best Browser.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.

You can certainly try out either or both, since either is certainly better than IE, and definitely more secure. I have both on my hard drive, but prefer (perhaps out of habit) Ff.

I use FireFox on both a Mac and my laptop PC. On the laptop PC I also had Opera for half a year as a back up. I really like FireFox and didn't really care for Opera at all! This is my opinion, Opera has it's supporters. Recently I downloaded Safari (I am used to it on my Mac) and eventually removed Opera completely from the PC. I keep reading that FireFox is more secure than I.E. and it is faster. I still have I.E. also but I rarely use it unless I can't open up something on FF and give I.E. a try with it.

So far so good with Safari! I was happy with Safari on my Mac and duplicated most of my folders and other favorites on the new Safari on the PC. Opera may have been okay for some people but I was always running into odd things that stumped me a little - not any more!

I like the way folders arrange on Safari, it make it easy for me to recall odd bits and pieces of stuff that I need right away.

Gday.
