These questions are for a friend and I know nothing about Macs so please bear with me.
1) If I want to export all data from Outlook (all emails from sent/inbox/outbox, calendar, contacts etc), which files do I need to copy to a memory stick and where can I find them?
2) How would I go about importing this into a version of Outlook on another PC?
3) Would I be able to import this information into iCal and iMail (or whatever the the Mac equivalent of Outlook is)? How?
4) is any 3rd party software needed? He mentioned Entourage but I'm not sure what this is/if it's necessary.
