I Messed It Up

I went into my regestry and deleted video active x and now when I click on a file they seem to be empty. When I click on an email they are all empty. I cant seem to view files. What can I do?

You did not stae, but I will assume you are running Windows 2000 Professional. Here is the Windows 2000 Registry Repair Utility .
I know it is a little too late but in the future routinely backup your registry.
