Telnet Batchfile To Automatically Login Into Unix From Windows

I need to write a batch file that I can call from the windows environment that will connect to the remote UNIX system and run a command. Currently, I have to do this manually by using telnet service then logging on and running the command. I need to do this without the manual process...thanks

Eg..

abc.bat
-----------
telnet xxxxx.com -l {login_name)

----------------------------------------------------------

I dont know how to include the password in the batch file ... so please give me the code so i can do auto login directly to my prompt
